Keum Roling is based in London and is a Fellow at On Purpose, after completing the leadership programme for high-calibre professionals transitioning into social enterprise. The programme aims to develop the next generation of value driven leaders through a programme that provides client projects, training, mentoring and 1:1 executive coaching. His client projects have been with Spice and the NHS North and East London Commissioning Support Unit (NHS NEL CSU). He has followed this up by working for the NHS NEL CSU as Consultant to improve the quality of service the organisation is providing to the customers. Furthermore, he is able to relish in the evolving social enterprise and work to create meaningful impact and to work on sustainable development. He is motivated to connect and move people, passionate about creating shared value, collaboration, leadership and especially behavioral change.
Previously, Keum has worked as International Manager for several cultural organisations before setting up his own management and consulting company within the creative industry in Seoul (South Korea), giving him experience of working in a diverse set of countries around the world.
Keum completed a Masters in Science degree in Strategic Marketing from Cranfield University School of Management and also holds a Bachelor (hons) in Arts & Economics from the Utrecht School of the Arts in the Netherlands.
