Chris Grady is a facilitator, workshop leader and trainer specialising in the support of the next generation of creative producers and practitioners. 

In 2007, Chris founded the CGO.CGO supports freelancers and organisations to forge connections. These may be: internal ones, with yourself and your ambitions; or external ones, with the business or creative world you wish to explore. 

CGO oversees a variety of projects, including Producing, Proper Job Honest, Producers Pool, and Surgeries. CGO also runs The CGO Institute, which offers a Diploma in Creative Producing.

Welcome to CGO, run by Chris Grady. 

CGO is a hub for producing creative people. We run a Diploma in Creative Producing, workshops and offer networking opportunties. We support producers at the beginning of their careers in the theatre sector.

CGO works with many of their graduates on new projects, as well as leading producer networks and research projects linked to creativity and connection.
