Tania Azevedo (London and Porto)
Tania is a theatre maker and graduate from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and the King’s Head Theatre. She’s currently the artistic director of award-winning Play Pen Productions, which recently produced LaChiusa’s “Hello Again” at the Hope Theatre and Associate Director for Giants Theatre Company led by Jennie Buckman. Kate Taylor (Edinburgh)
Kate is an arts producer with extensive experience in creating multi-genre work. She spent nearly a decade with Youth Music Theatre UK working with writers, composers, directors, musical directors and choreographers in a wide variety of performance spaces including festivals, theatres and fields to make new work.
Previously she has worked for English Chamber Orchestra, Symphony Hall Birmingham, City of London Festival and Royal Scottish National Orchestra. She is now freelance and enjoying working with a pool of artists and organisations committed to producing high quality work and is excited to develop future projects.
Kate studied at Southampton University and is British by birth, but she has spent the last 15 years teaching and filmmaking in New York City. She leads the film unit at Beacon School on upper west side. Together with her colleagues she leads an annual festival of arts and film – Beacon Here and Now – and in her professional filmmaking she is dedicated to supporting early career development for New York graduates.
Ellie Claughton (London)
Ellie is a freelance Theatre Producer and Consultant has worked with companies across the UK and is currently Producer for LUNG, Breach Theatre and Barrel Organ. She began her career at Headlong, was shortlisted for The Old Vic 12 (2017) and trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in MA Creative Producing where she now teaches. She is Chair of the Board of Trustees for She Productions and a Trustee for Zoo Co.
Emma Martin (UK and East Anglia)
Emma is a freelance Arts Marketing Consultant and Manager on strategy development, tour marketing, branding and digital strategy/implementation for producing companies including Tara Arts, Rifco, Original Theatre Company and The Park Theatre. She is a trustee for Metta Theatre and the co-founder of East Anglian based theatre company The Keeper’s Daughter.
Emily Ingram (UK)
Emily is a freelance director, writer, producer and theatre-maker based in Scotland. She is the artistic director of Some Kind of Theatre and founder of the Theatre On The Sofa and Shakespeare On The Sofa schemes, which bring theatre into homes and non-traditional performances spaces in order to widen access to theatre for those who cannot access it in traditional spaces. She has created work for organisations including the National Theatre of Scotland and The Palace of Holyroodhouse and is currently taking part in Playwrights’ Studio Scotland’s Mentoring Award.
Emily joined CGO in November 2020 as Marketing and Communications Assistant, focussing on our work in Scotland, supported within the Creative Scotland grant award.
